Give your TheraPrime device a fair trial. Use it as directed for at least 30 days, and if it has not helped you, contact us between Day 30 and Day 60 after delivery and we will make it right — with guidance, a replacement, or your money back.
This page sets out exactly how the Guarantee works, so there are no surprises later. Please read it before you order.
1. Who the Guarantee Covers
The Guarantee applies when all of the following are true:
- The product was purchased directly through theraprime.co. Purchases from marketplaces or resellers are not covered.
- You are the original purchaser. The Guarantee is not transferable.
- No previous Guarantee claim has been made from your household. Refunds are limited to one per household.
2. The 30-Day Trial Requirement
TheraPrime devices work gradually. Circulation and comfort improve session by session, and the people who see the least benefit are almost always the ones who stopped early.
For that reason, the Guarantee requires you to use the product for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days before requesting a refund, following the instructions supplied with your device.
The 30 days are counted from the carrier's confirmed delivery date — not from the date you ordered, and not from the date it shipped.
3. Your Claim Window: Day 30 to Day 60
Once the 30-day trial is complete, you have until Day 60 after delivery to contact us and open a claim.
- Before Day 30 — the trial is not complete, and the claim will be rejected. Contact us anyway; we will help you get results.
- Day 30 to Day 60 — your claim window. Email support@theraprime.co.
- After Day 60 — the Guarantee has expired and the claim will be rejected.
The date we receive your email is the date that counts, so do not leave it to the last day.
4. How a Claim Works
Email support@theraprime.co with your order number and a short description of how you have been using the device and what results you have seen.
We will work through the options with you, in this order:
- Personalised guidance. Most disappointing results trace back to placement, fit, or session length — and are fixable.
- A replacement device, if the unit may be at fault. A replacement carries a fresh 30-day trial.
- A refund of your purchase price, if we cannot make it work for you.
If a refund is agreed, we issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be identified or refunded. Authorised returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
5. What You Get Back
Approved refunds are calculated on the purchase price paid, less:
- a 15% restocking and processing fee;
- all shipping charges, which are non-refundable; and
- the value of any promotional discount, gift, or bonus item, unless returned with the product.
Return shipping is paid by you and is not reimbursed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of your return being received and inspected.

6. Chargebacks Forfeit the Guarantee
Please talk to us before contacting your bank. Filing a chargeback without first giving us ten (10) business days to resolve your complaint forfeits all rights under this Guarantee, and we may contest the dispute, restrict your account, and pursue any lawful remedy.
7. EU & UK Customers
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep your statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. That right is separate from this Guarantee, and does not require you to complete the trial period or provide proof of use. You may use whichever route suits you better.

Questions about the Guarantee

Why do I have to use it for 30 days first?
Because that is how long it takes to know. TheraPrime devices improve circulation and comfort gradually, session by session. Customers who stop after a few days almost never see what the device can actually do — so we ask for a fair trial before a refund.

When exactly does the 60 days start?
From the day the carrier records your parcel as delivered — not the day you ordered, and not the day it shipped. Your claim window opens on Day 30 and closes on Day 60.

Do I get every dollar back?
No. A refund is your purchase price less a 15% restocking and processing fee, less shipping charges, which are non-refundable. Return shipping is also paid by you. We would rather state that plainly here than surprise you at the end.

What if my device arrives damaged or stops working?
That is not a Guarantee claim — that is on us. Email support@theraprime.co within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it at our cost. No trial period, no restocking fee, no return shipping cost to you.

Can I just return it without contacting you?
Please do not. Returns that arrive without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number cannot be matched to your order, which means they cannot be refunded. Email us first and we will issue the RMA and the return address.

My household already claimed a refund once. Can I claim again?
No. The Guarantee is limited to one refund per household, and covers the original purchaser on orders placed directly through theraprime.co.
